Coffee wine Allright people. simplest coffee wine.
-Clean your bucket (and all equipment) in boiling water and scrub with disinfectant, rincer thoroughly.
-Add four table spoons of instant coffee
-Fill bucket with boiling water, just under a demijohns worth.
-Add a kilo of granulated sugar and stir in
-Wait for it to cool to a luke warm temperature.
-Sprinkle your yeast on the surface, the amount will vary according to the type you have (plenty to choose from online) mine was a red wine yeast and i used a teaspoons worth.
-Now cover the bucket with clingfilm for 5 days. after this check and there should be a lot of rank throth.
-Stir gently and pour into a demijohn via a funnel
-Top up with some boiled water saturated with sugar and fit an airlock containing cooled boiled water.
-3 months later hey presto.
This is just a VERY simple method of brewing and theres loads of improvements that can be made. However, its quite good for a simple brew with minimum hassle and preperation yet its possible to get a high alcahol content from this recipe.
As long as everything is clean as possible it should work fine.
