Reverse Cell Phone Look up

Does anyone know if there is a free reverse cell phone look up site? I found a site that said there weren't any free sites like that but they then linked me to a paid site so I don't know if they were just lying to promote their site. Any help would be appreciated, especially of someone had a login for a paid site they'd let me use.
