There's policy I stated to Beyond (that originated with Midian) that creating a second account to flout a ban means the ban is refreshed plus one month. But because Vallen's ban was a collection of small infractions I'll up it to two weeks (instead of ten days).

Any more and it'll be a month though. I'd rather not have to.

If you had read Little Willys posts with your indignation-tinted glasses taken off you'd realise that he was challenging your claim that you took your claims from "a military manual" that suddenly became unavailable when he asked you for specific details about it. In my book, challenging you isn't a ban-worthy offense. Little Willy was infracted for the personal attacks; like everyone. The difference with Vallen was that it was his 11th infraction (it would have gotten his 12th immediately afterwards but I felt the ban was more that sufficient).

As for the multiple account thing; find me proof that they're the same person and I'll look into it. I've checked their IPs and they're different. Once again, your vague musings and disagreements aren't sufficient grounds for me to start banning people. Learn to fucking argue without getting your diapers in a twist.

Of course people can alter their IPs, but what relevance is that? Should I ban Little Willy on the sole grounds that bloodlusta thinks he has a duplicate account? Of course not.

Like I said to Slaited; if someone creates a duplicate then they still have to follow the rules or I'll ban that one too. Therefore, the only way to really avoid a ban is to straighten up and fly right. I think the exact words I used were "the system works".

Here is my theory:

Michail_Lerary "quits" on the 11-10-2008 05:32 PM.

11-11-2008 MisterHands joins and starts to attack Vallen and me. Is then banned

Then on the 11-13-2008 (the day after MisterHands was banned) Little Willy appears and starts arguing the same points and in the same style as Michail_Lerary and MisterHands.

It just seems a bit suspect to me

My former point was that to ban is to chase the dragon it will not stop anything.

For one your"SYSTEM" f***ing suck's. The same rules that you implement, is also the same f***ing rules you break. You sit here and infract members for insulting other members, cussing(like you've done to me several times) etc... but do the same f***ing thing. You also fail to keep the fucking idiots that run rampant on this forum from posting. Don't tell me you can't because all you have to do is click delete post and infract that person and then ban them. No, instead you infract senior members for addressing these idiots.

I say this because I no longer agree that you are here for the advancement of Bombshock, but for the shear fact that for once in your life you have the power to "control" something. Though after just sitting back and watching whats been going on, so I can say something like this and not care, after being a member for 7 fucking years Headcase you have got to be the most hypocritical, egotistical, and out right fucking dumbass to ever come to Bombshock and better yet, help run the place.
