The Ghost Orchid Myth

From the movie adaptation, it depicts the white ghost orchid as a plant able to be harvested for a sort of green coke. Is this even close to true? It seems like it is bullshit, but I wanted all you to add some input on this subject. Seems like something interesting enough to talk about, any help appreciated.
