honestly, i doubt any of us know off hand how to make coke from this stuff so it seems like you want us to do your research. you may want to do the searching yourself and post back with all the helpful info... it took me about 2 seconds and I found about 3 sites that had a bunch of useful info on the topic. I'm sure if you did this alot of people would be happy and it would help with the "massive" project. I can tell you if you live in the US and just have an average size house or apartment as your "setup" I wouldn't suggest using that as your coke lab though... haha.
It is an anaesthetic so you should expect some numbness when chewing the leaves... but also "When chewed, Coca acts as a stimulant to help suppress hunger sensations, thirst, and fatigue."
-This is basically why the harvesters of the coca plant are given the leaves to chew on because it reduces their need for their "needs"... so they can work longer and be exploited.

Here is the kicker though for extraction of cocaine... "The pharmacologically active ingredient (back in the day when coke was legal) of coca is the alkaloid cocaine which is found in the amount of about 0.2% in fresh leaves."
-So if you wanted pure coke you would have to extract the fuck out of those leaves.... over and over and over. (So of course if you found a extraction method you would cut it with something and have normal coke, because most coke isn't pure. You could cut it with dex or tweakers favorite adderal... lol)
-Another reason coke = addictive is the coca leaves contain nicotine.
