Looks like it could be, but I've never seen it in person before and so I am just going on what I've seen online.
You could try and find a botanist or a gardener and say something like I found this plant in my yard and my dog was sniffing around and I think I may have seen him eat some and I am worried it might be dangerous for him. Do you know what it is?
