Seeds are pretty easy to come by, but don't waste your money. It is nearly impossible to germinate and raise a plant from seeds. Nearly all the plants in circulation are grown from cuttings.

i have tried salvia on holidays when i was in the UK and republic of ireland,anyone can walk into a shop and buy it,when i was waiting in line in ireland ther was 3 14 year olds in front of me and the shopkeep was offering them a stronger X than what they asked for...madness

first times should try 15X or ,20X if all gose well 35X50X,65X,80X are always on the market...

salvia IS legal in the United States (I'm assuming all states) but, like alcohol, you need to be 21 to buy. you can buy it at porn shops (hahaha) and various other sketchy shops but its expensive as hell because i believe they tax it and since its a legal drug they want to benefit from the supply and demand aspect of modern drug culture without doing anything illegal.

You can't overdose on salvia.
And in reply to whoever said that having drunk a few bottles of cough syrup was enough of a notch under the belt to "be fine" with salvia, of the psychedelics i've tried salvia is By Far the most powerful, and its intensity is impossible to describe.
A lot of people feel reassured by the fact it's a "short trip", salvia rarely lasts more than 20 minutes unless you're taking it orally (meaning chewing it for Ages) but anybody who has done psychedelics will tell you time is totally irrelevant. time literally stops, so don't be fooled.
Also, when people complain it didn't "do much"it's normally because they didn't take it properly. If you're smoking it, try having 20x or more, smoke it in an ice-bong (the smoke is harsh) and don't exhale until you start tripping balls. By then of course you won't actually know what it means to exhale, but the body seems to function allright by itself. Which leads me to my original point: you can't OD on it, but MAKE SURE you have a sitter with you (somebody who isn't doing it) as you completely lose control of yourself and jumping out of a window is a real possibility, unlike in the case of all that anti-LSD and shroom bullshit propaganda.

I live in Colorado and I bought salvia from a head shop in town. So I would assume if it's legal here, it's legal all over the US but I can't be sure.

Smoking it is revolting, it tastes and smells like fish and when you cough after smoking it really burns your throat, way worse than weed.
However, I really liked the highs I got off it. The first time I ever did it I was sitting down and I felt like the lower half of my body was in water, I kept moving my legs back and forth like I was swimming. Once I felt like I was in a cartoon, another time I felt like me and everthing & everyone around me were drawn, like in a comic book. Yet another time I was sitting outside and some inanimate objects came to life like dumpsters and flowers.

Overall I think salvia is pretty good.

I thought I was falling off a chair for ages one time, but I found out later that I fell straight down in a split second. I was sure that I had been teetering over the edge and trying to catch my balance for at least a couple of minutes, but nope - I just went straight down. Yeah, I remember the first time I tried Salvia D. I was actually set up by my buddies. I came over and they had just purchased one of those 5ft plastic bongs(you know the tubes that held pogs from back in the day). They told me there was some dank in it, to take a big ass puff and hold it and it would be an experience I have never witnessed before. Well I did exactly that and held it for about 20-30 seconds and when I exhaled all hell broke loose. I was wearing a jacket and sitting on a leather couch. I freaked because I was under the impression that the couch was actually swallowing me. Some funny stuff. I believe it was 80x also. In Florida you can buy it at your local headshop.
