Is it easy or cheap to produce? I don't know. I would expect not.

Synthetics may be possible... however it would require a lab, money, time, and a strong background in organic chemistry.

It would probably be cheaper in the long run just to obtain the real thing. If there was a simple, cheap, and reliable method to produce synthetic coke or smack the market would be FLOODED with the stuff.
