Scopolomine, Hyoscyamine & Atropine are Tropane alkaloids, most notably from the nightshade family of plants. Definitely not things you want in the mix. However if you were wanting to isolate the atropine, convert to hyoscyamine & process to make a nifty little product called tropacocaine.... but that's another story..
I'm wondering this: Perhaps you could make an adduct with the substrate, say, a bisulfate, that is readily seperable from the (tropane)nitrate if it's not already. Some 'sperimentation is in order!
Otherwise, you might try solubility testing. Say, acetone washing the powdered product. Perhaps some recrystalizations if you've got enough to play with. Tropanes have a significantly different structure than phenethyl products like pseudoephedrine. Solubilities & other characteristics should be readily available online, perhaps even wiki if you look around.
