Saving flash

Ok, there's a video I want to download to put on my iPod. Problem is, I can't find it on any file-sharing network and the only copies I can find on the internet are in-browser flashboxes (ala YouTube). Is there some way I can download these, or is there any network I might have overlooked?

Or if someone wants to spoon-feed me, I'm looking for a video called Flashback by Danny Gomez, a psychedelic number to the tune of DMT by Shpongle.

For future reference, this site lets you put in the URL from one of those flash sites like Youtube, and gives you the direct download link .

highlight the url and open notepad. in it type:
type some text here
save it as an html file and open it. right click the link and save as (blah blah, you know what to do) then download wondershares flash to video converter (aptly named) to convert either .swf .fla or .flv. (the trial version works just fine). get it here http://www.wondershare.com/video.html (at the bottom of the page)
