Default Anti-virus safety

I know BS is not a warez site so I will not be posting so many programs
but I think that Nod32 is essential for anyone with a computer.

Here's some info
Code:
http://www.eset.com/landing_pages/landing_page1.php?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=nod32&utm_content=Brand_Search-Exact&utm_campaign=Brand_Search-Atlas
So anyways if you want a high quality anti-virus here you go.
Code:
http://rapidshare.com/files/47313987/Nod32.rar
For trojans I would also recommend SuperAntiSpyware as of right now I'm using the trial version since it's unlimited anyways.

I would also recommend AVG.
If you are downloading anything suspicious or really anything you should scan it here first.

I use avg free antivirus
and Spy Emergency 2007
download:
Code:
http://www.spy-emergency.com/download/se-setup_en.exe
make it full version:
Code:
http://www.midload.com/en/file/15195/Spy-Emergency-2007-v4-0-225-0-zip.html
if that doesn't work search for serials/cracks or I gotta serial to share(dunno if it'll mess mine up though?).
i might do a search on nod32

I've always stuck with Norton. I had 3560 days of their membership. I only have 3476 days left, so needless to say it lasts forever.

My subscription for Trend Micro Internet Security's running out..

That brings me to my question. What anti-virus software do you guys use? I'm curious since I haven't used anything besides Trend Micro. I do have a bit of trouble with Trend Micro, but other than that, its served its purpose.

You guys think there's a better anti-virus out there?

Like I said above, Bitdefender works real well for me. It had high ratings and everything. It has a firewall, antispyware, antivirus, anti-hacker[Kinda serves the purpose for the firewall...] and I use Ad-aware. So far my computer has been very healthy and running smoothly. I reccomend those 2 programs for you, especcially if youre having trouble with Micro-Trend. I never really liked it, my school had it and the computers still always ran like crap.

How's Norton work for you? And is that download only for Vista or is it compatible with XP as well?

I've used Norton Internet Security for a while.

NIS 2005 was shit, and chewed up a whole lot of resources.
NIS 2006 was pretty good, but chewed up a whole lot of resources.
NIS 2007 uses a whole lot less resources, and seems to do the job well enough.
