WEP Cracking and After the fact

Ok so I'm attempting to learn how to crack wifi and the like. I'm using backtrack 2 dualbooted with windows xp on my laptop. I've followed some tutorials and successfully cracked my own wifi, and I am currently working on my neighbors.

Now, seeing as I have my own wifi I don't really need to use my neighbors, as I get a much stronger signal on my own. The point of this little excersize is to learn what to do afterwards.

So if you all would kindly point me to information (or just explain to me) how I would use my newly acquired wifi access
I'd like to know how to sniff passwords and intercept web traffic. I know this can be done with cain and I may very well do that, but I'd like to do it straight from backtrack 2 if possible.

Also I'd like to know anything else interesting that can be done.

the best way to intercept web traffic would be to get into the router (most likely http://192.168.0.1) and change some of the settings there. you could even change the wifi password and really screw with them.

If you go on utube and find 'real hustle wifi' vid. Watch it. It's sweet. I understand the wep cracking part way about the next part. Anyone know?

just download backtrack burn on a cd and run it and u dont need nothing else , its that simple ..... i got web page with tutorial just a sec .....
