Odd ways to send a virus.

I have been thinking alot computer viruses,worms,etc and how they can be spread. I was wondering what are some of the more peculiar ways of spreading a virus? I was thinking would setting a trap in a wireless connection work? Such as when a person connects to the network could the virus be downloaded while he connects masking it's download?

hmmm are u talking about when his wireless boots up, the virus is downloaded and it registers as just "normal data" to the antivirus programs? probably not. no data is downloaded unless its from a web page (cookies too) and that would not be very peculiar, now would it? too cliche and overused. how about trying to implement a virus into an update for something, like, for instance, windows sp2. you could write the virus, put it into the sp2 and allow the sp2 to download like normal, downloading the virus, but in the end the sp2 works but the user has a virus on his/her computer. it all depends on what the viruses point is tho...

ya simply bind it to something.. or something like umm the latest limewire pro install.. use ur imagination the possibilities are endless

yeah its possible.

you can make i look like a windows automatic update, an update for a program they have, etc.

If your talking about ways of spreading them, my favorite is attatching it to their email account and then making their email send it out to everyone on their contact list and spreading it to them and it continues and continues. extremely deadly viruses depending on the person it gets downloaded by.

I got infected like this once. I traced the email back way the hell to someone in india. idk how they got my email (probably through a website) but it got to me and i was like "oh shit."

I;ve only got infected like that once. ive been dying to find out how to make a virus like that but i havent the time to look. im sure i can make one but i simply just dont have the time.
