Iphone 3G imei

I have researched into this and have found that a program called ziphone can reprogram the iphones imei number/spoof, but that is the earlier version.

Anyone able to lead me in the right direction to reprogram the imei number of a iphone 3g running 2.2 firmware.

I'm not sure if there is going to be an easy way to do that anymore. The reason you can find a way for the earlier versions of the iPhone is because that was a common problem with the early unlocking, is that the baseband would be incorrectly flashed and your phone would actually show no imei number at all. So they had to reprogram it in. Now they actually don't have to reflash the baseband at all. So they don't have that problem.
