Website blocked from location HELP!

Ok I try to visit Toysrus.com Home - The Official Toys"R"Us Web Site it says network time out. Same with babies r us .com..

Right now I am currently on a business trip so I try to log in from my hotel room, For whatever reason it always says network timeout. But only if I am using lan connection. I can go to the lobby which is the only area that has wireless signal but there I can log in just fine.

I tried using a few free hide ip software it then let me go the the site but when i click check gift card balance it will not allow it saying something about https. Now the tunnel gotrusted worked perfect but my trial is up so I gave my credit card info and now it will take 24hrs to reactivate account.. Can anyone tell me how to go around this . I have googled and cannot find anything that will work,,

I'd give hotspot shield a try. It's a kind of a proxy, but as a program. WOrks great.
Btw if you want to know if a site really is down, or it just is you then check out: Down for everyone or just me?

sorta off topic maybe, but what about a prog to switch ips? I'm pretty sure you can't actually do it. I'm needing one for a site I go on. Got into a debate and was banned apparently. Pissed me off because I didn't break any rules, I think it was because I made the owner look like a dick, by disproving him. Basically, I'd like to switch it up so they cannot get the ip I actually have. The old unplugging of routers do nothing.

Or maybe I should ask in the proper thread...
