don't know if this is a drug form but I chose this because I know it is gona have wires and I wana know if you can make a way to heat a section of marajuana till it's chemicals vaporize but it has to look good and be the size of a cigar And can smoke out of it

Vaporiser Bongs are commercially available, but making one in cigar size would be difficult, if not impossible. All the ones shown here are the size of a normal bong. You need a heating element, a vapor chamber, and (in your case) batteries. It's not likely you will fit all that in a cigar sized object. Even the handheld vaporiser (which uses an external flame) is to large to be "cigar sized".

Look up DIY Hot Air Pen for soldering SMT (surface mount) electronics components on the net. You'll find devices that are rather long & narrow. I see no reason such a thing couldn't work just fine...

Yes, but it's basically a soldering iron connected to a transformer. It's being long and narrow doesn't help when it needs a power cord. A vapor chamber would have to be attached to the end, as well as a glass pipe to draw the vapor through.

I would start by looking for a small heating element, then seeing if it could be run on batteries. If this device has to be plugged into a wall socket then there's no point trying to make it look like a cigar.

On the other hand, the Egar may be just what you're looking for. It's also available in cigar model. Only question is whether it gets hot enough to vaporize your weed.

Maybe a chamber w/ a 200mW solid state laser/optics (i.e. wickedlasers.com) to burn the bud & dress it up like a cigar?

You can mix keef into e-cigarrete fluid, or you can refine thc oil and mix with e-cigarette fluid. If you use keef you'll have to clean/replace your atomiser more often than normal. I use the Titan e-cigarette and get pretty blown either way.
