Powders for CO2, Pipe, etc.

You choose..black, flash, or any other powder. Personally i like Black Powder. Burns very quick. But up to you to decide.

Although i never dealt with it flash powder would be more powerfull. But its more sensitive than store bought black powder. When i go into doing co2 or pipe bombs (have been doin mostly HE's latly) i use black cuz thats what i can get.

very true...but where do you persoanlly get your black powder from?? for me i have to ask my neighbor to go buy it for me.

Perhaps match powder would work, to me, it works amazingly well on steel pipes. Somtimes it even seems like it is more powerful than black powder. Just as long as you scrape the powder off, not including the cardboard middle.

Oh yea, I use "White Rose Safetey Book Matches".

It can be a huge pain in the ass to scrape it off, so you also need a little bit of patience. It took maybe around two hours to scrape off enough to fill a 1/2" diameter, 5" long pipe.

Metal pipes with matchhead powder, no. Co2 bombs with matchead powder FUCK NO. With co2 cartrages matchhead powder can ignite off the inside causing you to lose fingers. This can be the case with pipes aswell. And i get my BP from a gunstore, although its not black powder its "a safer substitute" or so it says on the jar.

Really? How can I demonstrate the instability on matches? Because it seems like they are fairly stable.Anyway, I can't be for sure. It has worked fine with me. What kind of matches are you talking about. Strike anywheres or safety?

I never used strike anywheres, let alone have access to them. I've only been using safety.

Ok, geeze. I just done a lot of experiments with match heads and they seemed fairly safe, but like I said, "I'm not for sure". So I THOUGHT they were safe, but I'm wrong. OK

I have a huge shitload of match powder pipe bombs in my closet, what should I do? Fill a bathtub with water, and throw them in there to let water seep in through the fuse hole?

And BP will "explode" with containment, but BP doesn't detonate

whenever i made them i always used either BP or gunpowder.
but never match powder or FP.
