Laws against "learning" about pyrotechnics?

just wondering, can they pin anything on us for learning or chatting about pyrotechnics and explosives? Or can you only get busted for actually applying the things you are learning about?

why would it be against the law to LEARN about explosives?
Never knew learning was illegal

Well, SWIM has a massive folder full of explosive synths, hacking white papers and other various manules and guides.

Under these new terrorism laws, owning such a thing could land SWIM in prison.

Also teaching someone else how to do things may also break the law.

It is technically illegal, in the US anyway and I'm pretty sure in the UK too, but I wouldn't be too worried about it. I can't imagine it standing up in court, unless you have a few tonnes of fertiliser and a map of the underground on you too.
