How long do you prefer to let sit in fridge? Is a week necessary , I've heard results of too early filtering.

You can filter it whenever you like (i usually did it after a day) and put the filtrate back in the fridge.

Corrected wording, but I am confused as why it reacts better at cold temps and what the result would be if at room temperature. Stability difference ?

I've noticed when using APAN , some AN powder /residue is still left. Is the AN still too wet even though I baked on 150 for about 50 minutes and re-crushed with hammer?

Don't crush it with a hamer. Powder it with a blender.

it doesnt react better at colder temperatures, what you are doing is shifting the equilibrium to create more trimeric as opposed to dimeric.

make sure you clean the blender before and after! and you might have to dry it too.
