Hi i watch brainiac and see they have a guy with this paint when he puts it on stuff yeah fine but when it drys even a flys leg landing on it can set it off does anyone know how i can make it and where to get it!

but for the sake of arguement:

any sensitive explosive could be made into a coating. But it would have to be de-sensitized first. If you take Acetone peroxide and add alcohol, you will get a pasty type stuff that might be able to be made thick enough to apply as it it were a putty. Im sure that if you try to do this, you will lose either a limb, or your life.

It's actually nitrogen triiodide, it's a very sensitive composition which is formed in crystals after ammonia and iodine have been mixed. He simply let the composition dry on what ever he placed it on then set up actors to deliberately touch the compositions.
