Does anyone know a product found in Canada that contains a good % of Formaldehyde?
I have looked at some wart removers but have had no luck so far.

I am looking for this to synthesize Hexamine.
I know you can just buy Hexamine fuel tablets, but those can be costly and I am looking for an alternative.

If you can't buy Formaldehyde,then i can't see you getting con nitric acid.
Are you thinking of making RDX?
Anyway here a 35-37% solution costs £12.99 for 5L.
Quick check and Hexamine is £8 for 200grams 60-100 mesh.
I think it would be easyer just to try and buy the Hexamine!
If you can then go for the "old type" army fuel tables.
Always checkout the msds on any chemical before making it and the safty in how to store it.

Anyone needing a synth for hex?:

Mix 200ml formaline 30% with 350ml ammonia 10% and let this mixture sit for an hour. Boil off the water by heating the mixture (100 degrees or bit higher, check the decomposing temp for hexamine on an msds) till you get nice and dry hexamine crystals. I've done this a lot of times and works very well!

Or you can use it for RDX by first turning it into HDN (which is shit easy and requires non-concentrated nitric acid, 53% worked fine for me):

And then turning it into RDX by adding 24 grams of the HDN to 72 grams of concentrated nitric (i think at least 75%, the higher concentration you use the better your yield will be). (The described amount of acid used here is calculated for 95% nitric so maybe crank up the amount a bit if you're using lower concentrations..) Do the addition slowly and monitor the temperature well keeping it between 25-30 degrees celsius.
Once all the HDN has been added heat the solution to 50-55 degrees for 5 minutes. Do this by using a hot water bath. If the temp reaches 55 degrees cool it back to 50 degrees by using a warm water bath. If it hits the 50 degrees warm it up again with the water bath. Repeat this process for 5 minutes. Now cool the mix to 20 degrees celsius and let it sit for 10 minutes. Now the solution is poured into 200 ml nearly freezing water (distilled ofcourse). You should see the white crystals form (extremely fine powder). Wash these crystals with 100ml 10% bicarbonate solution and finally with 100ml of distilled water. Filter or dry the crystals et voila! You can purify the rdx by recristalising them using acetone but in my experience half of your yield will stay in the acetone solution turning you into a really sad person after a day of hard labour... So i wouldn't advice doing so but beware that you'll have some impurities in your rdx.
