Signature length

I noticed the signatures around here are very limited in length. Would you be so kind as to give the official figure cap? Moreso than that lengthen it a little bit...I want to put two quotes but there's no room at the moment.

Signatures on this forums are kind of short, It would be great havening 50 more letters in them, then I could fit my favorite quote.

Well I also have humor, I like to change my signature fairly constantly and 160 is hard to fit stuff in.

I agree that there are a lot of little bullshit annoyances here (short sig length, no [center] tags, no direct linking to images in the photo album (even to use within the site), no uploading of files in the articles section, et al.) which seemingly shouldn't be a big deal to implement if members want them, as seems to be the case here regarding longer signatures.

Although my vote would go for lengthening it slightly, I think a fairly low cap is a very good idea.

No one really cares about sigs. Any more then one line pisses me off in fact. It serves no real purpose at all, just more scrolling room. Case in point.
