Anybody else having problems with the forum?

Hi all.

I do apologize for posting this thread, but i do so on moderators advice.

I am having a few problems with the bombshock forums and am wondering if anybody else is expeiriencing the same problems? They are as such:

Everytime I go onto a new thread or Area, I HAVE to refresh the page, otherwise no new posts, PM's or threads are visible, however, when I do refresh the page, it's is taking about an average of 3 minutes to do so, but loading the page in the first place only takes a couple of seconds!

Has anybody else expeirienced this, and if so, could you please reply?
