Why does my compter saying this site is unsafe? It keeps saying "phishing detected" and "site is unsafe".

What the hell is happening?

Opera is really good but it needs some fixing up because it cant read certain aspects of css. IE7 Probably says that because
1. IE7 Sucks every male sexual organ and
2. The site has fringe topics and someone was being a baby and tattled on us to the IE personel.
