Hi i was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction on how to find an illegal tattoo parlor that does people underage and umm in California in the LA province thanx

I'm wondering why it is so important that you get a tattoo in the next couple of years when you will have it on you until you die, anyway. Maybe they have an age limit for tattoos for a reason....?

Though its debatable, a 'REAL' tattoo artist that will ink an underage person isn't much better than a tramp with a biro...

Brainboxes, the reason it is 18 (in UK anyway) as your body is always growing... You get them too young, it stretches and looks gash... but if your naturally big (or fat) then 16 ain't too bad I guess... wouldn't take my word on it, as it'll probably still turn out looking gash.
