Rapidshare(or megaupload or whichever)

I feel that my rapidshare uploading is extremely slow, being only about 16kbps, and my download rate is around 85kbps, which I feel is also slow considering I have verizon's starter plan, which is supposed to have a minimum of 128kbps. What is everyone's upload rate for rapidshare(and/or download rate)?
