BS reunion- to all older members

Heya guys, this got to be the first time in years that i post anything but i used to be known as "Beginner", think i've been mod in a couple of backup boards during system crashes and had some powers usually helping out K9 in the X-section. Some of you guys (Headcase, Synchronium,..) might remember me. Last night I was talking to another former member of this forum, semtex-roach, ex-mod of balistics section. However not in an msn chat but in real-life.

The guy actually came over to my place in holland and has been staying here for 3 weeks now. As strange as can be the dude who used to be known as a major psychonaut is on a clean streak now and has only once tasted from our lovely well known green products. However, last night after a couple of beers we let our minds wander and spoke about the good oll times when we used to be around this place. After an hour of discussing, we decided to revive our bs-alterego's and make some posts about our adventures past couple of weeks..

Reason we hooked up was that he wanted to visit amsterdam this summer and needed a place to work. I told him i'd be honoured to teach him the art of kitesurfing so he'd be able to join our school and teach kiting to other people too. And strangest of all is that he actually came over. Has done his first bit of teaching last week btw, haha.

However, being two old pyros on the block, we decided we couldn't pass up this opportunity so we started making explosives as a team now. 2 Days ago the cute little vilage where we stay now (my parents place) was shocked at night by a roaring thunder (00.30 to be precise) and probably every single baby in a radius of 3 km's from the blast started crying. Crater was approx. 1 meter 20 in diameter and 1 meter deep.
This event occured of course after a couple of days of messing around with a small cannon with which we shot a 7cm nail (testcharge, lol) through 2 cardboard boxes filled with paper. The nail flew straight through and changed its path curling up into the air and chopped a twig off one of our trees.

I'm sure all of the old guard still here will find something to sneer at in this sentimentality, however meeting up with Beginner has shown me that four, five years down the line Bombshock remains a surprisingly powerful influence from the past.
I hope none of us ever do grow up, i know i will always find delight in turning fertilizer into large craters. To all new members welcome, and to everyone who patiently waited through numerous system crashes, How have you been, and any fingers missing?

Some background info about a lot of beautiful induviduals that used to post here also, what they're doing with their lives these days etc..:

K9: studies medicine now in israel. Think he's going up for his second year and is probably doing great.

Chewdog: still intends (i believe) to become a pilot in some sort of way and is in millitary cadet training right now.

Icecool: Probably about to finish or allready finished his studies of chemistry, congratz!

Anserine (a.k.a. Arsenine) : Did not speak to him for way too long. Headcase, did you hear anything about ans??

Anyone else some background info about alumni members, may our hearts forever cherish them, please let us know. Roach and I will continue our path of destruction through holland and will keep you updated with the things we do and will try to provide pictures and film if possible.. Nice being back!

K9 appeared at some point recently, although "recently" may have been over a year now. I think you'll find him on Totse, if he's still online at all. I had completely forgotten about Chewdog. No sign of him in years. Same deal with Icecool, but I randomly found a picture of him on my old computer a few weeks ago. Wierd you should bring him up . And Arsenine! Fuck me! Me, him, Qube, you and Mush back in the day . Didn't Mush mention Qube in one of his songs? Ha!

That loveable scamp Macaveli appears intermittently, threatening to kill me. Eh... I think that's the last of the old guard. Steve_TPF has been here for a while. Random, obviously. Ratty was on briefly after the last update (probably a year). kbk hasn't been on in a few months but he's still around. there are probably more that I just don't associate with that far in the past.

Nice to see you both back. I'm fully intending to visit Amsterdam sometime soon, maybe I'll look you up .

lol i remember him, what a dickhead he was. and the fact you don't mention Synchronium as one of the oldies actually gives me some satisfaction.. petty of me i know...

Sorry, but the only reason I didn't mention Sync was because X-Ray Cat already did . And I did once price a weekender to Air. Maybe sometime during the year. I'm already living beyond my means with a trip to Berlin next week.

He's got his own forum or something, a0tu.com i believe.. i remember him trying to get me to join about four years ago.. i remember he'd also been attempting to market a "new snack" at the time which he'd invented consisting in brewing very strong tea and making a syrup with sugar out of it which would harden into a scrumptious treat...
