Please reduce signature image sizes

Hello.

Due to the huge size of various users signature images I'm asking all users to replace any images over the size of 250 wide and 40 pixels high with an image that conforms to this size.

In a week I will be refreshing everyones profiles and remaining oversize signatures will be deactivated

This is to prevent the scrolling effect users on smaller monitors are having.
