Running from the courts....

So, I've got a friend that's most likely about to go underground for a little bit because of some bs that'll send her back to jail. And she came to me for help [don't know why]. Do you guys have any info on staying hidden for a year or so? Mainly on getting/keeping a job without a photo ID or social security #, and if her charges will be "forgotten" about when she turns 18...
Any info on hopping borders? Faking your own death? Tips on becoming/staying invisible?
Idk... Anything'll help, including urban and wilderness survival techniques.

What degree are we talking? I know nothing about death related crimes though, so just keep it to Robbery or lower grade, unless she didn't fuck up and spray paint the walls red with the clerks brains.

Simply put what did she do? Assault, Murder, Theft?

First off thats just fucking stupid, thinking theyll forget bout her charges theyll put a fucking warrant out for her arrest in the state she was convicted in. If she gets out of state and doesnt get in troubel for anything else(and i mean anything a parking ticket and shes off to the hoosgow) and she should be alright, But she can never go back to that state

I think sometimes cases are closed when the person is not found? Maybe if she hides long enough, outside of the area or state where she committed the crime(s).

In some countries, there is a statute of limitations for criminal offences. I am not sure about the US, but I know that in Australia there is no criminal statute of limitations (that means that if you commit a murder, you can be charged and convicted 100 years later if they find you).

No chance thats what shes got NO CHANCE IN HELL. Once you miss your court date they have something they call a "warrant" that will be in the computer for years to come. Theres no way of hiding from the courts unless you leave the country. Believe I have ran from the courts for multiple years at a time and eventually you just get caught. I.E. sitting in the car with you buddy boom get pulled over and yes it can be 3 yrs later and that warrant will still be in the system. Ohhh and its multiple felonies including a gun charge. Shes fucked she needs to just do her time and get it over with because the longer she runs the deeper the consequences will be. Im on probation for 10 years. I ran for 2 1/2 before I was caught and was only looking a 2 prision sentence or 4 years probation. Doesnt matter what state she goes to or what U.S. owned property shit anywhere in the world in that case that warrant will show. Now most countries will not extradite i.e. mexico for crimes like that but note All fifty states extrodite for felony 2 or above charges tell her to turn herself in. Its for the best.

Okay Considering the charges she should actually turn herself in, Illegal arms are incriminating, unless they haven't found the gun, the best way to prevent them from hiding it would be removing it from the investigation site without getting spotted. Basically she's fucked, probably too late to say that now. I was suggesting that she'd get rid of evidence, because if you're good, you can bluff your way out of such a situation. But Now I'd suggest she slowly make her moves toward Canada or Mexico and get as far from america as possible.
