Default The EU

From what I understand allot of people are scared of the EU, because it sets the pace for an economic conferacy of member nations. Some fear the EU could set political agendas for said member nations.

Here is what I found on the EU military stuff...

Hopefully, the impotence of the humanist whiners in charge of the EU will prevent it from becoming a single superstate, although the idea as such is not bad.

The reason that I label EU impotent and even dangerous is the policies they enact and self-proclaimed righteousness that they are incapable or unwilling to enforce.

The laws enacted by EU and their domestic lackeys have bankrupted my country's sugar industry and fisheries and will eventually bankrupt the grain farmers and small businesses too. The stores are now full with crappy production from all over the EU, while domestic products used to be of better quality.

However, their campaigns for "human rights" is what really gets on my nerves. Ever since their campaign of sponsoring gay prides started, every year the streets of our capital are blocked by thousands of policemen to protect a hundred or so perverts (mostly foreigners) from "hostile mobs". What they fail to notice is that before all this propaganda of homosexuality started, there was no problem with either the gays or their rights. It is only now that a gang of perverted faggots think they own the place and provoke the anger from their compatriots just to make themselves martyrs and show the world just what intolerant monsters we all are.

The EU Court of Human Rights is probably the first institution I would petition to ban. If I remember correctly, freedom of speech and all that is still subject to legal limits in cases it propagates violence, hatred or any other activity punishable by law under legitimate authority of a sovereign state. The old farts at this court, however, only seem to recognize senior members like Germany and France as sovereign states with an authority to limit freedoms under legal circumstances. In the meantime, they have repeatedly fined my country for enacting "illegal" penalties against members of "ethnic minorities" openly hostile to the ethnic majority and the sovereignity of our state, for keeping Soviet war criminals that murdered innocent civilians under arrest "under inhumane conditions", for "violating human rights" of prison inmates (the particular "violation" was an inmate complaint about lack of a TV in their cell).

All this leads me to think that either the EU is being run by totally retarded idiots or is deliberately enacting such policies to weaken the sovereign authority of the junior members and is essentially making them into colonies through economic and legal means.

BTW, as far as I know, most European countries do not use jury in their courts and rely on the verdict of one or more judges.

Also, the "guilty until proven otherwise" or the Napoleonic code is not used in any European legal system as far as I am informed (not that it should not be).
