I personally enjoy kicking doors in but thats noisy, theres almost always a window unlocked. Especialy in the summer time. If not pry the airconditioner out of the window.

duct tape and a hammer has always been mine. Just look for a wooden peg drilled into the window frame; it keeps the bottom one from being raised too far.

What civil disobediance said about roofs lol, most factories have realy thin, crappy roofs and with a crowbar, wire cutters, a knife and rope it is extreamly easy to gain acess in a really classy way, like a ninja

Lol, the ninja way works. So does a can of thermite on the doorknob or deadbolt. Then again, so does breaking down the door and busting in with a shotgun (or an ak47 if ya can get one)

Darkshadow666's way of busting in with a shotgun might wake the neighbours. plus it's kinda of hard to guns isn't it?

either use some duct tape and a rubberized mallet (extremely quiet. its also less noisy them duct tape and a hammer)

or kicking down the door (extremely fun but extremely noisy)

Well its pretty easy to get a shotgun around here. Almost everyone owns a few of them and gun shops are more than happy to sell to adults.

I've always been interested in using a powerful suction cup and some kind of glass cutter to cut a hole in a window just large enough for me to crawl through. If anyone knows where I can get a glass cutter like that, I'd like to know.

SPI SuppliesŪ Glass Cutter, Wheel Design
These are some of the best glass cutters i've ever seen. I got to use one once (advertisement at a store) and they work really well. Only downside is their price. $370.00 for one knife. Definately worth it if you break into alot of houses (hell, you should be able to make that $370 back in 1-2 break-ins)

BAUMGARTENS baumgarten suction cups: Compare Prices, View Price History and Read Reviews at NexTag
These are decently stron suction cups. They are pretty cheap too. Prices from $18-$21.

Or you could try ebay but I havent seen them for much cheaper (the knives. I've seen the suction cups for $5-$20 on ebay)

Thinking about the suction cup and glass cutter idea... It would be pretty hard on most windows because they have double panes. But you could break out the outside one and the inside one. I suppose that if you wanted to sort of hide your presence, you could krazy glue the window back in place. Eventually someone would notice, but way after they would if there was just a hole there.

You duct tape the window then smach it with the mallet. It doesn't make a lot of noise because the window breaks, but it doesn't shatter. All of the little pieces of glass stick to the duct tape.
