Default Screwdriver=ignition key

What cars, if any, can be started by simply jamming a screwdriver in the ignition?

The cars don't have to be crappy, just old....usually, but there are not specific cars that you can do it on.

i find that screw drivers are only gud when u have popped the ignition, a fork is gud but dosnt work all the time. My fave is a dent puller with a screw tip welded on the end, screw it into ignition give it a few pulls on it n the barrel comes out, put ur screw driver in, turn and theres the car started

For the 'newbs' of the community, care to explain what 'these' are?

Incidentally when trying to use a screwdriver to get a car going you'll often do more damage to the ignition and will mean you can't start the car. An associate of mine had both his car door and ignition locks buggered because of some retard 'crimmie'.

Do you actually not know or are you hinting that he could have been more helpful?

Anyway, for those of you who don't know, it is a picture of a set of 'Auto Jigglers'[above], as seen here and of you're looking to buy some, have a look through these.

-etc.

An easy way to start a car without the keys, take a wooden lolipop stick, and tape the back of it to strengthen it. Then jam it into the ignition quickly, the wood will splinter and fill the ignition with wood, then turn the lolipop stick and start the car. The ignition has to be replaced afterwards tho.

I could see it working on some glove boxes where the wafers are made out of plastic and break easily. I could see it also as bumping if you were quickly turning the key, but from what he described I also think he is talking out of his ass.
