Well, the WA ID might not be that complicated to make. I can't make one for you because I don't have any UV powder or ink, which the ID requires. Besides that, I would never make a licence I haven't seen in person. Plus it's illegal (well, for you at least. I'm in Canada.)
What does the "Washington" on the front of the licence do, how many of them are there, and what colour are they?
