Not everyone simply accused is "automatically guilty". Don't bother trying to be a lawyer; you'll fail. Also; I don't walk into your church and cut it down; so don't cut down Mine.
Don't tell me what happened in my Country (when you've never been here) and I won't tell you about Yours (Except it is technically further East than China. You don't seem to know even that.)

No, that would be the ideal solution to duplicate threads. The issue with pseudo-moderation was more to do with useless 'omg this threads going to locked' comments.
