Most people just glance and see a hologram and assume it's legit, they don't actually know what the hologram looks like. |

Also I was researching license number codes and came across this website that explains the soundex codes and even has number generators for IL, WI, and FL. Put in my info and it gave me my license number-cool shit-could come in VERY Handy!!! Here's the link:

Rep Power: 0 | | Not bad at all for just making something basic to buy booze/cigs with and to sell to kids wanting the same purpose. Don't expect to get into a club with this though, they check for the UV writings and markings on them now as well so remember that to copy with a UV marker as well.
Use a blacklight to see a legit on and then just make a copy of that onto the fake.
Getting the plastics, printing onto them, writing someone elses info/tracks to the card matching the fake name and address, laminating and then hologramming them and putting on a UV marking is more beneficial if you want to carry it with you and use it for greater things such as avoiding court and in general getting away with shit (the persons info on the ID will get into the shit for no one turning up because they think you're him).
Don't really need an ID that scans unless you plan on drink driving (which is fucking stupid to do anyway) or get in trouble with the police alot.
Agree with you on pearl ex, heap of shit.
Good textfile.
And yes teslin works better, for me anyway.

And for the scans, some liquor stores do scan but I've heard its pretty easy to bullshit your way out of it by acting clueless. If you're using an out of state fake then most liquor stores just assume their machines are programmed to only read the in-state IDs.
On a side note, a friend of mine was actually refused cigarettes because his real out of state ID wouldn't scan at a gas station. | | | Teslin Q

any bouncer, manager, employee, etc that looks at that is going to know thats not a state hologram.
i think pearlex sucks if you can t get it done right .. i.e. make a stamp to stamp it on. |

The hologram overlays available online aren't identical to real ID's but if your making out of state ID's you can find ones that are believable and convincing.
If you want custom hologram overlays it is possible to purchase them online but they cost thousands of dollars and require you to purchase very large quantities. Many of the websites that offer this are based out of China and shady as fuck. | | How?

Im pretty sure they will sell to you or point you to a dealer. I was looking for transkote nylon and they have digikote which is pretty much the same thing. I just called and asked for a sample of digikote and they sent me 10 sheets of 7 mil and 10 mil. Plus they said you could buy direct from them. |

Rep Power: 0 | | You want to make sure that the image is in rgb mode and not cmyk. Go to image>mode>rgb color. Then make sure you arent set to print in cmyk because the r800 is a non-postscript printer. To do this, go to view>proof setup>custom, then select colormatch rgb. In the view flyout, proof colors should be selected, if not then select it. When actually printing, I use the enhanced matte profile, make sure best photo is selected and the fine is as sharp as possible. I use artisyn btw. This should solve your problem. |

Rep Power: 0 | | I have a problem on the tx template I'm creating, so i recreated the halftone look that the license has perfectly, but when i print it out from my printer, it comes out horrible, but i'm sure that my printer is capable , i dont have the epson r800 but i am using the epson rx595, and it has the 1.5 p drop size and its 4800x2400, and when i print without the halftoning the picture quality is exceptional. I did have to change the color mode to cmyk to make the halftoning correct, but the problem is the halftoned parts look very choppy.

I dont know if you downloaded these but they will probably make a difference. I actually ran out of ink last night trying to acurately match up the color, so Ill buy more tomarrow and let your know if your advice works.
Also one more thing reguarding pictures. I open pictures sperately, i dont know if im supposed to convert the file to a certain color setting or not, and then i paste them and transform them to fit. How do you make the picture look somewhat realistic, like it was taked in front of a backdrop with the security lines over the face? I got to effects>drop shadow and mess with the drop shadow and put blend mode to "multiply". But again, when i print, its having issues with the picture beeing a little dark and no security lines running over the face.
Thanks! | |

Rep Power: 0 | | Yeah I'm using the r800. I have printed from it with xp and vista, it doesn't matter what os you use. Also don't set the actual pic to multiply, only the security lines going over it. if the photoshop settings aren't right then the picture and entire template tends to print out darker, making lines and details harder to see. Photoshop usualy isn't used for printing, when graphic artists finish their work it is usually converted to a pdf or InDesign file. But printing from photoshop is very doable, as long as the settings are right. This was a huge frustration for me aswell when I started out. |

Rep Power: 0 | | the rx595 should be fine for texas, since you only need to print text and the image of the monochromatic capital building. Try printing with the photoshop settings I mentioned above. Are you trying to halftone all the whitespace in the background? Which part specifically looks choppy? |

Which part specifically looks choppy? | Yeah the print quality is great on it. yeah I just saw those and am using them now. The parts I was halftoning was all the graphics, (the flag, seal, the top banner, and the building) I didn't bother with the background. I cant seem to get the banner right, like when you look at a texas id, you notice when it fades it does a checkerbox like effect, which when i halftone mine, i get more of a crosshatch effect. On the building, seal and flag the halftoning looks perfect on screen, it looks just like the real thing, but when I print , the little haltoning circles dont show , like it does when you look closly at a real tx id, and where the banner fades, its choppy instead of smooth, but without the halftoning it prints really smooth.
