You can get PVC Cards with Magstripes at idsupply.com
and you can get Butterfly Pouches with Magstripes at arcadiaid.com

No one has just magstripes.

You either have to get cards with stripes embedded or pouches with them embeded.

You would have to find some magstripes by themselves.
Then you would have to either laminate or use a iron.

where do i find magnetic tape specifically for ids? the magnetic tape i find is way too thick and is used for a fridge magnet and such

Hey guys, another newbie here. I'm looking to make a fake CA ID-- it doesn't have to be perfect, I just want something I can flash at the bartender when I'm out with my friends or family.. Chances are they aren't going to be paying extra special attention to my ID because I'll be with lots of older people. I'm looking at this beginners kit that has enough supplies for 10 attempts:

Aight here we go.

The barcode on the back of the CA is a linear barcode (1D barcode)
There are generators i can supply as soon as nov is back up.

Its basically generated using AAMVA standards. Many states use their own symbols and such ex. (@AAMVA followed by DL# then Date of birth ending in the expiration date.

In the mean time just search for free barcode generators online

yes, YOUR goal might be to create the ultimate I.D, as is mine. but MOST people on this forum will not ever do that. They will make a 'sellable' ID and not go further. this is because they don't have enough resources to move further past what is posted here, or they are just not smart enough to figure out how to progress. and yeah you might come across some 'easy' info if your brother worked at the DMV, but thing is most useful info is achieved when we spend countless hours experimenting/working and spend big sums of money doing R&D. It's simply easier to wait for others to eventually do this, and then use their info. Simply put, all the info on the web and on this forum on making IDs will only be enough info to make mediocre IDs. BUT, somehow, there are IDs out there that are what you would call 'ultimate'. All this says is that there's a lot that is not being told, and those people feel they have put in too much time and effort to just 'tell' you what they did. and from a business perspective, telling you would be the 'wrong' move.

try not to go over 3 colors, when you put too many it gives it a weird luster that makes it look fake. also, u can do cali perfectly with just 1 color

So I just downloaded the Ultimate Fake ID Guide v2 and it had a CA template in it, but it doesn't look like my ID. I don't know if it's the fact that my ID is newer (made in 07) or the fact that my ID is provisional.

hey i just have a question for db, caliid2006, or anyone that can help. I have been reading the forums and you guys look the best people to talk to. I am new, but already have almost everything i need to get started. I am mainly doin TX dl's and since you guys said on quite a few posts they are not nearly as complicated as florida. Maybe you could give me some advice on the holos. How/what i can use to make them?
