I have a Novelty ID connection through Miami, I live in the Northwest however. I own a very legit and well done Arkansas ID. My contact carries Florida and surrounding states such as Georgia. He charges 100 basic for an id , 40 for barcode scan , 30 for black light enabled hologram.

i had an id a while ago but my guy got busted and i burnt mine as they were busting people that he had made them for. Anyways ive been doing alot of reading and research reading this forum and other sites out there. i have a couple printers that will work fine and all the templates and programs i need. I found a mag strip reader and writer for about 50 bucks whick im gonna get as well as I was planning on getting teslin pvc paper and laminates from xxx.poisinid.com. some feedback on these would be great as well as they have 2 holograms on their site the seal and key and the mark of business that both look good. i was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on using those. i would not have to go through the process of making my own and they would be multi spec. if so please take a look and tell me what you think regarding which holo's resemble what states the best.

Hey everyone, new to the site.

Been working on CA and in need of some help. Have a pretty good template going, colors are accurate for my printer and everything is nicely layered in PS. Need help with some of the terminology on the site. Does the term "holo" include the gold optical variable ink on the CA license? Is there a specific term for this color changing security feature? I'm trying to figure a way to replicate this, and thinking that perhaps there is a tutorial I missed?

Also I would like some pointers on choosing some UV ink. I'm looking to do multicolored (state flag in yellow, red, and green). Basically it sounds as if there was a site up at one point that assisted with all this and it's now taken down?

I'm very new and any help or pointers related to the CA license would be greatly appreciated. If you would like to have a look at my template let me know. I painstakingly drew all the lines by and sized them to perfection. I've been obsessing over this for the last couple months. I can't let it rest and figure to take it to the next level I will need some help from all of you.

It's all for novelty of course, just a hobby that in no way crosses legal boundaries

How exactly did you replciate the look and feel for the NEW New York ID? I'm interested to know. For hologram i'd recommend using the thermal transfer method, get yourself some transparencies and print the "wiggle" hologram onto the transparency. Find the proper pearl-ex mixture and sprinlkle that (gently!) over the wet ink on the transparency (holo u just printed). Use compressed air (10-15inches away) VERY LIGHTLY to spray off excess powder. You should have a DECENT holo... Practice makes perfect.

Ive been out of the game for a WHILE and come back and see the new NY is floating around, very nice. I have the 2D and 1D barcode down to a T (Many beer distributors, lotto, bar, etc only scan the 1D) Love to see people get creative

Hey yall,

I have been messing around with Georgia ID's recently, and wanted to get some advice on how to improve the quality. As of right now, I use a template that was given to me. I don't really have much money to work with right now in the sense of buying all the legit materials. I lift the hologram off an original Georgia ID, and print and laminate back onto a Georgia ID as well, that way the back of the ID is a legit ID. I'm just wondering how to generate a barcode for now. Any ideas?

Alot of mine develop this problem after sitting in a wallet for a few days

use krazy glue if it's open on any corner or even open it up. the krazy glue makes it hard but be sure not to get it on the acutal card as itl stick n show.

Can someone pm me with a GOOD NY template? I have a few but i need one that is perfect. Im downloading version 3 right now so ill try that out but I think it might be the same template that came in the new york package on n0vid. If anyone can help me i would appreciate it. I also have information to share if someone would be kind enough to give me a quality template. The one I have is very good artwork but it doesnt actually look like an ID when its printed out.

Hey, so a buddy of mine got his fake confiscated at a safeway type store. He said the manager came over to look at his card, then took it into the back and the cashier denied him service stating that it was because he gave them a fake id. He got out of there pretty quick, but there were cameras and stuff. The card doesn't have his name on it, just his picture obviously. This is in LA, California. Do you think the police will be able to track him down?

Stop worrying about it. The cops really don't care enough. My friend was caught using a fake ID at an Albertsons a little over 9 months ago, and so far nothing has happened. It's just not worth the time and money to investigate.

Besides, if he is caught, it's really not that big of a deal. He'll mostly likely get the $250 minimum fine and some community service.

it is illegal to confiscate a fake id. the person handling the id is supposed to refuse sale of alcohol and hand the id back, confiscation is considered identity theft. on the flip side one wouldnt call the cops if their fake id was confiscated. askenjens, i had my id confiscated months ago, but still no word from authorities.

what is the right mixture for the NY holo???

I'm needing a little help with the pdf417 barcode, I found an easy to use generator, and the barcode reader (swipe toolkit). When I decode the barcode I make it gives all the right info that I want it to say, but how am I to know this is what's gonna show up on a bouncers scanner? Any step by step how to on making a barcode seem genuine? Any one have a ready make word document where all one has 2 do is fill in the blanks? Any advice and help at all is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I have a card tray along with inkjet pvc cards but cant get the epson to print to the pvc card. I have tried just about everything but keep getting "CD/DVD tray is not set correctly please reset and press the paper button" message

Anyone out there printing pvc with an r280 and got it working any help would eb appreciated

I have the papertray in the cd position....the pvc card tray will be sucked into the printer....spit partially back out...back in and finally shooting it out and giving the error message

Anyone have tips on how to make a 1d? I have scanned them before on my scanner, and re encoded, and it works. But supposedly it doesnt work on all lotto machines. For ny, the combo I thought was the 9 digit number, mm-dd-yy than exp yr..... so it would be 999999999909090914 9999999999 being the id number 09-09-09 beign the dob and 2014 being the exp. Anyone have tips?

Just read through the entire thread, pretty crazy amount of info youve got here. Hopefully someone can take the time to answer this question.

Has it been decided the best way to fake the ny ids? Gluing the 2 pieces of teslin together and laminating only the back, with a matte spray on the front, or should one just go with the 14 ml teslin and the lamination on back.

Last thing is whats the best way to make the old NY ID? there is still at least a year of life in this one, and it seems easier to make because there is no Holo involved. Any advice here as to thickness etc etc? Thanks in advance

I'm having a problem when printing on artisyn. For whatever reason the colors are coming out terrible. Everything looks faded. The black text and black parts of the ID are especially bad. I have adjusted about every setting I can find on my printer, but nothing helps. When I switch back to photo paper, it looks really good. The blacks are crisp and the colors look right.

Any idea why this might be happening? I'm using an HP Photosmart.
