No.
Tinyurl links only mask your referer if the person who clicks on the link has tinyurl's
preview feature enabled; otherwise the referer is not masked, which is part of the whole reason why direct links aren't allowed. As stated in the
pertinent post, if you want to paste live links, use a de-referer service akin to anonym.to or xinio.info.
