Default Breaking glass silently

I heard to break glass (window) that you get a hammer and a pillow something along those lines. and just smash the hammer against the pillow and voila the glass breaks semi silently.

I dont think this will work really. but i do know know t here is a working way of doing this...so anyone know how?

Tape the window first then smash. while holding onto a piece of attached tape so the sheet doesn't hit the ground. (add another use to the duct tape list)

Uhhh... I don't know if this is true but I remember reading a book.. can't remember the name, but the author's Brian Jacque. It could be Redwall, but most of his books share some same characters.

There's this one character who's trying to sneak it. He puts honey on one side of a flat tree bark and places it on a window. Uses something hard (I forgot) to hit the bark and the glass breaks. No glass is dropped because all of the broken glass is sticking to the honey.

It IS a fictional book, I don't know if it WOULD work, but just an idea.

you can break a window/glass silently using a spark plug.

pretty sure that only works on car windows.

and just for the people who dont know, youre supposed to break off the white enamel from the spark plug and get a good sized chunk to chuck at your window of choice

some guy I know would pick up two suction cups from a local drugstore, put em on a window and trim around them with a glass cutter. trick is to pull downward and at an angle.

All I really know would be ninja rocks or you could just tape over with duct tape where the lock is, smash it, and have enough room to stick your hand in and open the lock.

Even that comment was mildly insulting, it was pretty damn funny..

Anyways a blowtorch isn't that loud. I've seen my parents use one and you can hear it, but it's not like a sound that would wake someone up. What is the point of getting a blowtorch to use on a car's windows anyways. There are oh so much more easier ways.

Blowtorch? Uh no. The temperate increase will crack it, but why the hell? A Blowtorch? I've cracked glass before with a few drops of flaming kerosene. Blowtorch vs. Eyedropper of Kero + Cigarette lighter. I know which i'd rather carry around...

Obviously the blowtorch, who would want to fuck with someone carrying a blowtorch?

There were tons of books in the series.. When I have time, I'll go to the library and try to find it.

Just get one of those emergency rescue knifes that ambulance drivers carry. on the end is a switch with a heavy spring. You hold the butt of the knife to the window, flick the switch and a piece of steel that is pointed comes out and punches a whole right threw the glass. I sat there one night playing with it and it was taking chips of concrete out of my counter. Just imagine how it felt to the guy the next night at the bar when I flicked it open on his elbow lol my buddy heard it snap at the other end of the bar hahahaha
