Ive been thinking recently about taking load fraud. Obviously it goes on the basis that you get relavent info on a person (identity theft), make up some other ID's such as License, and possibly steal some of their bills from their postbox's.

On the basis that you know they are wealthy, and are not in debt.
What is to stop you from taking out a loan in their name?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I forgot to add. What im saying is what sort of checks do the loan companies do.
and also, might it be easier to do those "online $5000 loans in 20 seconds" ?? i mean surely they just type your name into a databank and see whether you are indebt or not ???

The problem with this is that you need a checking account. If you know how to open these in other peoples name please PM me.

They usually require a checking account that has been active for atleast 6 months.

Informational only -

Get ID from confidentialaccess.com and open a bank account. The loan company will usually wire the funds into the account if you ask.

Could someone possibly give a quick run down of what a checking account is and any thoughts as to its flaws (holes)

I had a look at that confidentialaccess website. dont really understand it. What is it about?

If you don't know what a checking account is and you don't understand the CA website, you've got problems. Good luck.

Would agree with equifux on this one. If your in the states, you are definitely not prepared to pull this off.

yeah. im not in the States though.

A few people i know pull off these personal loan jobs.

Over here (where i am) its more a deal of simple submitting Pay slip, with employers numbers details all that. A drivers liscense. And possibly a proof of adress.

All of which are very easy to create.

im just trying to source as much info before.

anything really. i would go through the effort for any amount over like $500.

AH your in the UK...am i right ?

take a look at the CA website, what exactly dont you understand?

what you need to do is open up a bank account, ensure you put money in every month and keep some money in, then after 6 months or a year that bank should offer a credit card providing you were putting money in and built up your credit score.
you can also apply for a bank loan with that bank but loans are difficult to get, you have to do your work properly.
