Few 'novelty' license questions

I searched but couldn't find any answers to these questions...

First is there any method you should use to find a name and address to the ID your making? Like look in the obituaries for deceased persons? Should you choose an area that your familiar with or somewhere you've never been?

Anyone have any idea what the CSC number means on a drivers license also does anyone have any idea what sequence the license number should be in, i.e. has anyone worked in a DMV and have any experience with how the numbers appear or what they mean?

I would say use your real name because then one you have student ids bank cards ect as backup id and two i believe you get in less trouble if you get caught otherwise it could be considered identity theft too

Can be as simple as looking in the phone book. Last time I check GA didn't have any coding scheme for the license number.
