Scan some CC's
Read info on PC
Register CC on WesternUnion with proxy
Transfer like $990 with WU BUG to skip phone call part
And pick it up with a fake id

The WU BUG is bullshit, sorry for the bump but it needs to be said. It's the classic ripper story in IRC to sell a WU BUG. Never beleive anyone when they say they have a WU bug, even if they give screenshots.
