Rep Power: 0 | | I used to walk around mall parking lots looking for reciepts. When I found one I'd go to that store like for example sears and find the item listed on the reciept. Then I would take it up to the counter for a refund. Look closely at the reciept because you obviously won't get anything if the item was paid for with a credit card. Its worth digging through peoples garbage cans to, I find alot of reciepts that way. This scam works best in very busy stores. |

Everyone's got like a million extra bags from your supermarket. Fill up a cart with a smallish/moderate amount of items. Go to secluded section, bag shit with the bags you brought in, put back in cart, roll out. Flaws? Possible? |

Rep Power: 0 | | A better way is to fill up bags from other shops with stuff. Example me and my mate were doing a little bit o shoplifting on a nice bright Saturday. We had with us bags from a shop we had visited the other day with some random stuff in them. We went into the Warehouse (NZ walmart) and started putting some stuff in them (headphones, beer ect) we then brought something and left. We went back in later and got some more stuff however this time we were stopped by a guard who demanded our receipts and looked in our Warehouse bag. Happy with what he sore, we were allowed to leave. THEY NEVER CHEAK OTHER SHOPS BAGS. This is probably the greatest advancement in shoplifting since the pocket!

Rep Power: 0 | | The bag trick is the oldest trick in the book. You are best to have a bag that suits what you are taking (eg electronics store bag for electronics, clothing store bag for clothing etc) although this isnt totaly nessary.
And as for the reciepts, yea that works, and if you cant find a reciept for what ever reason then you can buy somthing with cash then go hide it in your car (or wherever) and then go into the shop and find the items you just bought and return them with your reciept. Note; this will get you goods and not money.
Also if you are returning reciepts they usually ask for id so be prepared with a fake id or some excuse.
The number one rule when doing things like this is to act confidant, like your ment to belong, and smiling to the security guard also removes suspicion somewhat.

Rep Power: 0 | | I recommend lifting @ a Wal-Mart Supercenter if you have one. This is where I do mine. Security is very lax after 10 or 11 at night, and what few overnight employees there is are busy stocking shelves and shit like that. I took a $13 lamp out of the box and opened up Guitar Hero: World Tour for PS3 and dropped the game and guitar inside, taped it back up and hid it behind the other lamps and came back and bought it the next afternoon. A $100 game for $13, can't go wrong there. Go in an aisle where there's alot of cover for your item like furniture or automotive. For some reason there are no cameras whatsoever in automotive at my Wal-Mart and it's dead at night. By the way, does anyone know how to get those BELL u-locks off things? That's what my Wal-Mart uses to lock up their laptops. |

Have you tried shimming or lockpicking? If it has a wire leash then you can cut that with wire cutters, although they usually have cameras in those parts of stores. Your best bet would be to try and gain acess to where they hold all their stock before they put it on the shelves, take things, eg laptops, from there by hiding it in a dumpster and collecting it later, or grabbing it of the back of a truck, but you can get thretened with prosicution if you get caught in staff only areas acting shifty (you could pretend that you work there but that wont work if they check with the manager)

Rep Power: 0 | | Actually, I work at the McDonald's inside of the Wal-Mart. I often go through their warehouse area to get to the cardboard bailer. I know it's a no no to lift at a place you frequent but it's also a plus because alot of the employees know I work at McDonald's so they don't ask questions when I'm back there. I just don't know where they keep the laptops. There's always a way. I managed to steal a Nintendo DS. You can't go through the front of the display because it's a locked glass slider but the back of the case is peg-board which is easily broken with some force. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Ya the bag trick works everytime for me. Ill go into safeway for example grab a bunch of bags like 10-15 then go to the other safeway down the street get a cart stuff the bags in the back of the cart fill my cart up wit what ever I want usually like 15-20 bottles throw em in the bags stuff some chips and TP on top to not look fishy and walk right out the front door like I bought the shit throw it in my trunk and drive away.
PS the safeway I go to has a door where the alarm doesnt work... make sure you dont do this with hot items... if you do... keep walking even if the alarm goes off chances are if you act normal they will just go turn the alarm off cause the damn things go off 5-10 times a day by mistake
theres my 2 cents.

Rep Power: 0 | | im guessing most people here are from the states, i may be wrong so dnt shout at me if i am but over here (UK) we have self serving tills in asda (walmart) its very simply scan item, dnt scan item, scan item etc etc etc. the things that u put ur items on measure the weight of the items so it might look abit odd but if u take a bag and get a friend to hold it then drop the un scanned items into the bag and not on the thing. ok you have to pay a little but only half then amount and maybe not even that. just make sure that annoying spotty staff member that loiters around isnt watching you while your scanning your items and practise on the machines first. if you get it wrong it will call the person over to validate what your doing. but apart from that its all easy stuff.

i'm new here. Hello bombshock. i spent last night reading this who forum. so i'm about 16 and am in high school. I said starting small would be good. So i went to shoprite in northern new jersey (mom makes me go with her on sundays) and I was trying to steal a memory card but they were too hard to do without her noticing me. I ended up taking a pack of reeses cups and a mini dvd-r.
any suggestions to how i can get the memory card, also i wanted a psp but you have to pay at acertain spot for the psp in the elctronics counter.
thnks,

Rep Power: 0 | | Unless you want to fuck around disabling security tags then your best bet would be to take your goods to a quiet part of the shop then remove them from their packaging then leave. I have no idea how you could distract your mum, maby just ditch her for a while whilst you make the lift?
If you had an accomplace then one way that you could get the psp would be to have your accomplace ask to look at the psp, the accomplace then asks the counter person about somthing alce on the shelf behind him/her in order to get him/her to turn around, at the same time you ring your accomplace's cellphone so they turn around aswell to answer their phone. At this point you swoop in and take the psp when both the counter person and your accomplace are facing away (so your accomplace is cleared because they diddnt do anything wrong, they diddnt even witness the crime) then either get away asap, or proceed to a quiet part ot the shop to remove it from its packaging/dissable any tags, then get outa there. This does rely on prety good timing with the phone ringing and the counter person turning away aswell as a whole lot of other vairables.

OK elikin i would not have done that if i was you. You said you were new to the game, this is the stuff for people who have been SLing for a while, get some more practice then try it again.
But don't worry it will work in the end.

OK guys it is nearing xmas so i would advise all of you to take a break from shoplifting for now. As shops will increase security from now till new year. However after that it should be safe(r) to resume normal shoplifting habits
Take a break you have earned it

Rep Power: 0 | | the whitehouse scam.
its a mixture of a few. but you need somemoney to start with. dont worry, you get it back. lend it off a friend/foe.
now, get your trusty friend to go into the shop, and get everything legit. get an expensive xbox 360 game or the likes. its a good 60 bucks, and you dont need anyone to get it out with you.
now, at the cashier, get your mate to call the guy paying, and be all like "what did you get lil willie then?" and he answers, "oh, some game for his console. its like an xbox or something." then he pays and walks out.
at this point, you can either just walk into the shop, grab the same game again, go to the checkout, show them the reciept, and get cha money back.
or, you can walk in, and be all "ohh.... hahaah my wife bought the same game for my son just now, hahaha, what a funny coincidence" and they will understand. just dont dress up as a yob.
worked every time.
works well with things like kitchen items, cos they can be hella expensive.

now to contribute those vanilla bar looking things on t shirts (or any other color) if your strong enough you can just pull them off. grab the cloth closest to the bar get grip around the little circle thing and pull the bar. im farely strong and have a slightly difficult time. | |
