im looking to buy some cigarettes and im wondering the best way to go about it-- fake ID? do i get someone to buy them for me? new to this kind of thing but i dont want to make any stupid mistakes. thanks

Get a young adult to buy them for you or steal them from the delivery van, or from instore while your mates distract the store owner by knocking a shelf off or some shit you reach behind the counter and grab your cigs.

Another way is write down the number from a cig machine, call em up and say the machine didn't give your cigs, they may give you a free pack...free cigs and underage.

They are usually sold online at headshops. I did that once. Provided a fake scan of a random guy's ID that I found on a torrent.

ive been buying cigarettes since i was 15 and nobody even asked for ID, just go into a normal shop and ask for them, depending on how old you LOOK of course, dont act all nervous, just go in and ask like you were asking for gum

Try different stores , some will prob sell you , you dont need any fake id etc. , and cant get fined/jailed/punished for asking , law says you need to own

JUst go down to your local hood. I dont know why but black people will usually sell you anything no questions asked. But most stores run by old white women or men with tucked in shirts usually wont sell you shit. And yes if its a dude if he has his shirttail out you have a good chance, but if he's all tucked in and buisness like your screwed. Thats just down here it may be different in other places.

you might need an younger adult friend to buy you some ciggarettes but still i dont like ciggarettes i cause half the shit in them isnt even tabacco just chemicals and the tabacco in it is shit. but if you need them then wahtever ill help, if you live in europe (which i doubt you do) YOU CAN GET THEM OUT OF VENDING MACHINES AND ALL YOU GOTTA DO IS PUT IN SOME EURO AND ITLL GIVE IT TO YOU, LIKE A CANDY QUARTER MACHINE. NEXt you COULD SIMPLY ROB THE PLACE wit a hand gun!!!!!!!!! joking. just look old enough and you can get them sold to you. make friends with a clerk that is young and eventually just buy some from them cause theyll just pocket the money. or bribe the clerk and if your lucky they will sell them to you if you give them some extra cash so they pocket that. or when people deliver the ciggarettes you can steal them and run for it, atleast try not to let them see you. then you got like a whole box of cartons and you home free for a month or two depending on how much you smoke i seriously recommend smoking cigars or hand rolled cigarettes with shredded tabacco because no chemicals not even half as addicting and good taste and smell. more expensive though unless you can steal it. most smoke shops leave out a jar of it so you can sniff it to see if you want it so just take a handfull of that. or pulll some cheap cigars out of a box and put them in your pocket, exactly what i do i prefer garcia y vega cigars they are good quality and about a buck each but i dont care i jack them from a liqour store. youll see alot of liqour stores with ciggarettes and cigars around so try and steal them from there.

Haven't had time to read every reply so forgive me if I rewrite what has already been said.

I'm 16 and have bought Cigarettes a number of times. Here are a few tips that help me;

- Try service stations or convenience stores. Not tobacconists.
- Try in unusual hours, for example 10pm - 4am, your chances will increase when the store is empty.
- Use notes, not small change, I usually have a 20 in hand, plainly visible to the cashier. For some reason the possibility of a quick transaction will be just enough for them to not bother with Identification. Also, never show them your wallet, before entering the store have the money ready in hand and keep your wallet out of site. Reason being, if they ask for ID I usually pat down my pockets, pause, then "Shit, sorry mate must of left it in the car/home" Now either they will continue with the transaction or apologize and refuse service, if you get refused, just try again later when the cashiers have a shift change.
- Be quick, and abbreviate what you want. This shows that you have experience, also display confidence. A post above me suggests that you act if you were buying gum, this is exactly what you should do because confidence is one of the main signs of maturity. For the abbreviations, this is what I usually say
"Hey mate, just a pack of wini's blue thanks" (Wini = Winfield), and a combination of the above usually gets me service despite looking underage.

you could just ask someone going in to get you a pack, the worst that will happen ever is that ehy will say no, and in that case just ask someone else.

when i was younger this even worked with booze, just make sure when you ask you have a 10 out, sure it will cost you the whole 10, but you want it eh?

you should be able to spot the kinds of people who will buy you stuff, normally black mid 20s, looking ghetto, will get you what ever you want when ever, seriously

You may want to add in a compliment to the clerk before you even ask about the cig's. Like "nice hair, you have pretty eyes (if girl or if they are gay), Cool tattoos whatever. The person would be to wrapped up in what you just said to them they won't bother to card you

Smokers are not polite when they've ran out of cigs and are not in a good mood until those cigs are from behind the counter in their mouth and sparked up.

No person I know is cheery when they buy cigs, infact most of them are in a hurry so use that in your story if you even need to (when they don't serve you) and act angry/frustrated/offended.

Or you could try the previous methods I said.

I think that well all have different opinions about the attitude the person should have when buying the products, I've thought about this and I guess it depends on the mentality of the clerk at that point in time. Maybe check out a good book on body language and learn something, I find it useful.
