Default printer detects bank note

Ok I'm asking this for informational purposes only. Im trying to prove a point..

I am trying to print a twenty dollar bill and even adding pictures to the page it says bank note detected, If someone wanted to bypass this, How would they go about doing that?

Any suggestions is appreciated. I even tried cutting off the edges of the bill in photoshop and it still would not print.

OK, not to endorse counterfeit cash here but:

Not to sure about this because i dont know an AMAZING amount about firmware systems, but maybe asking some of the "Hackers/Crackers/Phreakers/Programmers" on this website, you may be able to bypass it inside the coding of the printers firmware.

Let me guess, you are using one of the newer Photoshops... CS2/CS3? Adobe worked with "the man" to add an algorithm that detects certain bills and prevents you from printing them.

Try to find a copy of Photoshop 6 or 7. Pretty much the same features and I am pretty sure it will let you print them.

Also, try saving the file as a .pdf and opening it up in another program to print. Not really that much of a deterrent actually.
