Sites with weak credit card security.

I'm looking for sites that let you buy things without verifying the billing address or name on the credit card.
If you just had a cards numbers what site would you use to buy things?

Not a lot of sites that will let you off without verification.

Make some fake CC scans in photoshop with the info from the stolen card being visible (tech-hack has a thorough guide on making fake CC scans); and if you can't be fucked with that then you can pay someone on IRC to make them for you.

A scan of what they believe to be your credit card will be enough proof for them.

Online carding is perhaps the easiest form of carding next to shoulder surfing for someone's pin and then stealing their card later, can't forget trashing for juicy info either.

I posted this same shit on totse but I'm sure the advice could be helpful to members on this forum too.

If anyone could tell me websites that don't use cvv I would appreciate it.

errm i`m also badly looking for a tut on how 2 make cc scans ,i found one on photoshop`s site but they don`t look like they`ve just been scanned , they look like they`ve been just drawn , sorry to ask , i`m new here, where can i find this tech-hack tut ?
