this is not the forum to be looking for that I agree. Your best bet is to find someone locally, otherwise you are ripe for the picking as 99 percent of the people dont know anything about the subject and just want your money. A few forums have verified vendors but i have heard horror stories about people losing there money even when they used escrow. There are people doing it in a few canadian and american cities that i know of but without some sort of reference nobody is just gonna invite you over to get arrested.

i am here for a little help regarding ATM Skimmers... as most of the experts know what i am talking about...

i just want to know that does this ATM Skimmers work in ASIAN countries specially South Asian countries like India etc...

Is this site legit?uh remove the Q's btw...think there is a link rule 4 this site but cant remember.Those are skimmers right?uh and if you put a card through then does it get the cc #, exp date, ccv thing and all that?If so then WOW...i wouldnt need the pin, id just order stuff to the vacant house next door or get a lot of porn subscriptions.The only problemo is that newb like me would just put it over the actual reader or swipe someones cc, but from what ive seen it seems the pros make custom cases for their skimmers to put over the actual reader.Oh and I remember redbox sending me a warning about skimmers on their machines last year.

Whoever asked about the chip...the chip works in two ways: It stops the card from being counterfeited and it emits an RFID signal for use in small purchases where you don't have to actually swipe the card, just get it within a few inches of the RFID reader at the cash register. The PIN and CCV are NOT stored on the card at all. The PIN is stored at the CC company as well as the CCV and it is verified when it is entered...why hasn't anyone came up with an RFID skimmer?? Then all you have to do is "bump" into someone and you have their card info...

Recently I came through this information... Here is how the scam works. The thieves install a skimming device over top of the existing card slot at the targeted ATM. The false card slot is made to match the color and texture of the ATM and is very thin so it does not change the profile of the machine in a noticeable way once installed. The device actually contains an additional card reader to copy your card information from the magnetic strip on the card.

The skimmer does not interfere with you successfully completing a transaction. So you will not necessarily be aware that your account information has been stolen. Additionally, a micro-camera is installed on the ATM in a position that will allow it to monitor the keypad, capturing your PIN as it is entered, and transmit that data to the thief.

The one showed on flea-bay is similar, but it only reads the "tokens" that are included with it. Now if some ingenious hacker were to "modify" it to read MC/VISA cards and maybe increase the TX/RX power of the reader, then you might have something...nice research on the chips!!
