Absolutely no vending, buying or trading

Since my copious other posts on the subject have apparently lacked sufficient clarity, let's try this one more time: there is to be absolutely no vending, buying or trading in this forum.

This is a place for the free exchange of information. If you have knowledge to share, you do so publicly.

Any post relating to vending, buying or trading will from here on out be summarily deleted and the user will receive an infraction, and eventually a ban.

Since apparently the prior statement "This is a place for the free exchange of information. If you have knowledge to share, you do so publicly" has been the cause of some confusion, it means don't fucking ask people to pm you with shit, ie "hey can someone pm me some scans of currency", wtf?

Question:

One of the members posted that he was proficient at making fake id's. Do the rules allow me to ask him to make one for me or am I only allowed to post a request for the template?

Only a request for a public link to a template is allowed.
