Well, it all depends on the terms of agreement that you signed. I'm sure they've got a clause in there that states that terms are subject to change on their behalf, etc.
It's a pain in the ass, but it really is worth reading through those things and questioning why certain clauses should be there.
Then again, this might not be the case. If you could somehow scan or post the terms, I'll give it a quick look see.
