Rep Power: 0 | | I Gotta Get Away I am in a situation and I have got to get away. I am running out of road. I am not in any legal trouble. But I just slowly getting backed in a corner. I just need to get away for a couple of months or possibly longer. I want a fresh start. I wanna get to know entirely new people. Nothing funny. I can DJ, bartend, restaurant, ex military, college educated. I am willing travel anywhere in the world. I really am trying to shy away from any criminal activity, but am not a square. I am not stupid so don't try to play me. If anyone thinks they can help me out or point me in the right direction any advice would greatly appreciated. |

Rep Power: 0 | | See if you can track down the book The Human Cougar by L Morain. It's full of examples of 'cougars', essentially modern day nomads, who have all felt the same urge to 'get away' and acted on it. It's not so much a 'how-to' book, but rather a collection of anecdotes from the author's conversations with cougars. You may draw inspiration from it .

Rep Power: 0 | | Thanks Thanks for the book. When I have time I will get around to checking it out. I believe that Civil Obedience might have a better idea on what I'm trying to do. I would like to hear more of what you have to say. I really am feeling like I am drowning. I know that if I stay where I am things won't get better. I just want a fresh start. I gotta get away. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Yes This is similar to what I am looking for. Is there anything in America that you know of. I would love to get out of the country but I am short a passport and some money. I am seeking some old college friends that might be able to help me out in another state. I really need to leave Alabama. A friend of mine told me that she left also because Alabama was becoming to much for her and she was born here. I am originally from DC so comparing the way I feel to someone who is from here is a sign that I need to go. I don't want to run from my problems or even become nomadic. Not just yet atleast. I just need a working vacation from here. I just want to go somewhere and breath. I know beggars can't be choosers but no where windy. I can do cold. I have a hard time with cold and windy. Like I said, I got two turntable's and a bartool. I just need my foot in the door and a place to lay my head. I can take care of the rest. I ain't trying to con anybody or get over. I am not a saint nor try to be one this is why I am not on a missionary sight. I have my vices also. What you do is what you do. I don't care. I just want to go somewhere and do some honest work. Rep Power: 0 | | Not to much of a rarity. I do have my vices and my strong issues with the establishment. Like I said I am not a saint. What does logging and fur trade mean though. That one really went over my head. |

Rep Power: 0 | | ummm. Logging means cutting down trees. Thats where wood comes from. Fur trade is killing animals to cut of their pelt in order to make into garments or furnisher. Thats were fur comes from.

Just stumbled across this forum, but I'm a big fan of your posts, guides and the like man. I've been following and reading your shit for the past several years on &T. It's a shame the site is gone now. The "Heaps -o- Scams" packs you've put together are genius. Anyways, just wanted to say hi and keep up the badass work! Quote:

I've searched high and low for ebook versions of the series, as well as The Human Cougar...with no luck. Anyone know where to find them in .pdf or .txt format?
P.S. - Another good book to read is "100 Ways To Disappear And Live Free" which you can find here.

Rep Power: 8 | | You'll have a tough time finding the Paper Trip on the net (for free anyway). The info in the series is considered the Holy Grail of making yourself disappear and creating new identities. Most of the people who have a copy aren't interested in blowing the secrets. |

Any idea where I might be able to buy it as a ebook? I might buy it if the price is right. Then, maybe it might MAGICALLY leak itself onto TPB and several other torrent sites. Information should be free after all...

The author never made it available as an ebook. The methods would be rendered useless if they became common knowledge, so you're unlikely to find it for less than $50 per volume. |

Rep Power: 3 | | The Paper Trip series (I had the first one; very dated and lots of info/methods now obsolete) is available for sale from Eden Press and probably Amazon & Loompanics also. It's really surprising no one has scanned to pdf and shared it online. If I can dig up my copy, I'll do so when time and inclination permits.
